The cable of my bose earphones are broken. When I went to the show room in Bangalore, where I bought it, they asked me to go to the service center. I felt as if, they do not want to own the problem and resolve it. So, it is lying in the broken state in my house. Whenever I see it, I am very sad because I spent lot of money to buy it, and it is used very sparingly, and I loved the performance of the product, and at the same time I am unhappy with the localisation of the product and their attitude towards customers in India. Torn between happiness and unhappiness.
